Its Very Unprofessional, Especially At The Fault Of The Receptionist & Doctors Themselves...I Was So Embarrassed & Had Never Been Treated So Inhumane In My Entire Life, I Was Sickened By Their Behavior....On That Day My Health Got Worse From Stressing Out & Crying In The Parking Lot For An Hour And Wondering if I Was Gonna Get The Care I Needed That Brougt Me There In The 1st Place. I Pray That NO Human Being Is EVER Treated The Way I Had Been Treated. By The Way, I Had Proof Of The Message That Was Sent To Me & They Listened To It... A PROFESSIONAL FACILITY WOULD HAVE SEEN THE PATIENT & THEN Sorted Things out. Admit Fault & Move On."

"Getting into this place is a bit difficult because they require your patient files from a previous provider, but dealing with reception and the doctors once you're a patient is wonderful. Reception always answers immediately, no twenty minute wait like some other places and was very kind both on the phone and in person. The doctor was also prompt and empathetic. It's so hard to find a good endocrinologist in CT, i'm so happy to have found them."

"Front office staff is incompetent. Doctor was very nice. Front office staff is incompetent. Doctor was very nice. I had to get lab work done before a new patient appointment. I had to wait 45 minutes because I was five minutes late to the appointment for them to give me an injection? I understand if you’re late you might have to wait longer, but I literally just needed an injection that took less than a minute. The lab work was done sent incorrectly, and I had to go back the following to have it done correctly. Make sure I was on time that time. Then they could not schedule my new patient, whatever I get a doctors offices sometimes have to book far out. I was fine waiting. However, I called the week before my room and they had told me they canceled it because the lab work did not warrant results that are needed for. Getting a hold of them was a struggle in itself. Are you there was on hold for too long and had to hang up because I wasn’t able to stay on hold at work, or I would be too late in the afternoon in the office will be closed. They didn’t have their office hours posted anywhere that I could find or on the answering service . I was they are referred to by my primary care physician if they truly didn’t see any issues why informed me they were canceling my appointment. Ridiculous waste of time. Primary care doctor ended up sending me to another endocrinologist."

"They don’t have an online bill payment service. Instead of sending the third reminder for bill payment, the lady at their Patients Accounts, P.O. Box 634, Guilford, CT says they automatically send out a letter asking to pay within 15 days, otherwise they would refer the patient to a collection agency. That’s like a threatening letter saying pay up or we’ll see that your credit score is messed up. Another good reason to switch to a better doctors office that has online bill payment service."

"It was my first visit with a new Dr. After the retirement of my last Endocrinologist. The staff at the desk and Dr. Cunningham couldn’t have been nicer. These COVID-19 times are different and stressful , but they had a great system to make one feel comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and Dr. Cunningham answered the many questions I had very patiently and we came up with a plan that was all printed up at discharge. I would highly recommend them without question!!"
