"This place is awful I went there because I had a bad cough all I wanted for either antibiotics or or prescription cough medicine because I am diabetic and I have high blood pressure and I have asthma. It is not good for me to take over-the-counter medicine but the doctor I saw it was an idiot really needs to retire. He told me he was flat out refused to give me anything didn’t bother to look at my history to see I’m very prone to infections, I will never go back to this place again and I what’s suggest nobody else does either I am getting out of Trinity health don’t know what they’re doing. I’m veryn unhappy with this place and I would never recommend it doctor name was d Doyle worst place ever he was rude and nasty so I walk out"
"Two weeks after finishing antibiotics for cellulitis from an injury, I couldn't get a follow up with my PCP at Trinity Riverbend until late November. Concerned that the swelling still present might mean further infection, I couldn't wait that long. I contacted this Urgent Care facility. They told me to see my PCP. I said I will but I needed to get checked before that. They flatly refused to see me and told me that it's not urgent. First time I've ever heard of anyone being refused at an urgent care, especially since my PCP is part of Trinity. Since this was a phone call, not face time, they couldn't see the condition of my knee, so this had to be a telephone psychic diagnosis. I've never had one of those either. How impressive! Fortunately, I found an urgent care that didn't replace an in person visit with a telephone psychic diagnosis. I was treated respectfully and found the lump and swelling was bursitis and fluid resulting from the cellulitis but no longer infected. And could heal in time. The info from this visit gave me peace of mind. They were much better. I guess that's because they not of the uncaring, understaffed, overstressed, desensitized Trinity Dynasty."
"I want to thank Veronica and Dr Hunter for their professionalism , kindness, and just being so compassionate when I paid a visit for a medical situation I was faced with They took the time to explain every detail They talked to me not down to me . They spoke in language I could understand I was very nervous going in and they put me at ease . I felt very comfortable being treated by them I recommend this place Five Stars for sure. Thank you Veronica and Dr Hunter !"
"I called today and spoke with Brianna to set up an appointment. I gave my information and was told that I would not be able to be seen here because I was “discharged in 2011 for financial troubles from a Trinity office” so I asked where did this happen and she couldn’t tell me. We are talking 12 years ago. I was damn near a minor. I’ve always heard bad things about this facility, but wanted to be fair and try them for myself. They also don’t take walk ins as advertised. Don’t waste your time with this place. They went bankrupt before and will probably happen in the future since they aren’t seeing patients."
"I went to the urgent care on Allen street to get a covid test. My friend had gone and told me about it. She had tested positive and they were very helpful. So I called and made an appointment. I got there and everything went well at first, but then I tested negative and suddenly they said, " you can come in for your appointment now". I had no idea what they were talking about. No one had said anything to me about having to see a doctor. I tried to tell them this ,but they said I had to come in. My sister had driven me and she had a very important appointment that she had to get to, they didn't care. They were going to charge my insurance company. When I told them I was going to see my doctor that week and that no one told me I would have to come in if I was negative, they still didn't care. I could not go in , so I assume they are charging me any way.I told my friend who had gone, she said they never said a word to her about having to see a doctor either. She tested positive so she didn't have to go in. So before you make an appointment BEWARE they just want your money!!!"
