AFC Urgent Care Springfield

"I believe that masks should be mandatory as sick patients were coming in hacking. No kleenex in waiting room,and the staff should be more prompt ,wiping the office down. No one had masks on with the high covid and many illnesses around. I believe a more caring attitude could be had."

"I took my son to AFC urgent care for an ankle injury and the wait time was about 1 hour or so. Once we were called in , the staff and providers were very friendly and made my son feel at ease. I would recommend this office and my only concern was that there wasn't enough seating for people to be spread out in the waiting area. (To prevent spread of germs/sickness, etc) Overall, the visit went pretty good."

"Although it was packed the staff was very patient and explained that there was a long wait. However I was able to register on line in my car and they gave me a time to come to back the staff is very nice, friendly, caring, understanding, they communicate well and have a great deal of patience. The doctors are pretty down to earth they keep it real with you. I always visit this urgent care. Because they treat me like a person not a burden. Thanks to all the staff members for making us feel comfortable."

"The office staff was very nice, no one acted bothered like other facilities do after a holiday, they were patient, friendly, caring and efficient which is great to see nowadays! It didn't feel like I was there over an hour, I'm glad I chose to visit that office instead of the one across the street.
