"I would give them 0 stars if I could. Same complaints - they received my check in the mail and still sent the bill to collections. I am contacting the hospital. Thousands of dollars in medical bills for a same-day procedure and then there's this rogue bill from a company who doesn't even have 21st century services in 2022 (online or phone pay)."

"Some miscommunication and back and forth for months providing more and more information to CT Heart Physicians from insurance company. They still harassed me about non-payment, but I provided them the necessary information from Insurance company verifying the payment processed. What does this company do? Send it to collection. Really? Send it to collection without notification after providing valid info about the processed payments? This place is horrible."

"As the last review discussed, needing to mail a check in 2021 is insane. What's worse is that the letter they sent me gave a collection department number where I was told they don't take payment over the phone. Utter BS"

"A place of business in today’s age that does not except a credit card or debit card over the phone is a problem especially in the healthcare business their office is unacceptable to drop off anything by mail only this is a fraud waiting to happen"
