"truly bad customer service at this location tonight. Disappointed in their lack of care in helping us fix a problem, when we’ve been with T-Mobile for over 20 years. Due to THEIR error, we couldn’t upgrade our sons phone for Christmas today and the employees here were completely unwilling to help accommodate us, cutting us off when we spoke, and rolling their eyes. Absolutely appalled. The one woman who tried to help us was kind but didn’t know what she was doing, I wish I got her name because it wasn’t her fault at all. The man in charge was the one who came over and wouldn’t let us get a word in. I’d rather go to the location in the mall and will from now on."

We are Latin you never treat clients like that at least when you see a new client you welcome and tell them hold on I’ll take care nothing. We just walked out . I being working with costome services I know how important is to take care the client to be honest the person who works there he doesn’t know what he is doing!"
