"Over that last 6 years, I have purchased several large TVs and a comprehensive Sonos system from Magnolia in Danbury with no issues, however I bought additions to my Sonos system the last week of September with a very different result. The installation appointment for the new Arc sound bar was set for October 13th and the bracket to hang it from the TV monitor was ordered by the Magnolia sales person at that time. Oct. 13th arrived with an install appointment no show. I called the store to understand what was going on and was told that they had a 'New System' problem that dropped my appointment without any notice. I was told they would get someone out ASAP to do the install. The installers arrived the end of the following day and found that the bracket the store had ordered to hang the Arc was the wrong model so no install could be done. They told me they would handle ordering the proper replacement and get the installation done as quickly as possible given the multiple mix ups. It is now two weeks later. I have not had any follow up or update from the store regarding the status of my order or any pending installation update. I have had to call them and am now waiting for someone to get back to me. Given the quality and price point of the Sonos products, I would expect better support service than Magnolia has provided with this purchase. I will go elsewhere for my next purchase."
