"Jackie is egocentric and extremely unprofessional. She doesn’t care about getting people the assistance that they need. She lacks etiquette, empathy and communication skills. She either needs to be retrained or removed from her position. This is the person responsible for initiating the process for you to get the help you seek. And she will deny whomever she wants their right to treatment."

"I’m beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of Eileen Wilson from Hartford Behavioral Health. She lacks professionalism and her communicational skills need improvement. I had a meeting with her in March and we discussed the help she could offer and I agreed to what she was able to provide. Here now in September she hasn’t lived up to her end of the bargain and I still haven’t received a call back after leaving a messages. This office needs more diversity when it comes to staff if they expect to serve the community it’s surrounded in."

"Honestly when I first started going to this program last year it was honestly really good. The therapist were really great, they got back to you in a timely manner and they didn’t forget about you. Now I don’t get no phone calls for days regarding my appointments. I had to call and complain for me to be assigned to a new therapist so I’m honestly very aggravated and upset with how the service is going down hill."

"The staff has been extremely helpful and their receptionists are very professional, patient and attentive to clients. I have nothing negative to comment about this facility. The therapist in conjunction with the medical staff in particular the (APRN) are very professional and know exactly what are their patients best medical/psychiatry plan. I highly recommend this facility."
