"If I could give it zero stars I would. The PAC I met with and the nurse who brought me back at my first visit were very nice, although there was clearly a language barrier with the nurse so I had to repeat myself multiple times. The low rating is strictly because every single one of the office staff was extremely rude! So rude I would not recommend this place to anyone, and definitely not to anyone who is non-Spanish speaking. I observed the same poor attitude from the office women towards other patients while I was in the waiting room but all the patients who communicated in Spanish were treated much better than the rest. It’s clear they only cater to Hispanic patients (in the office area anyway). Also these rude women obviously don’t listen to what people are saying because I had to repeat information more than once which is so frustrating! If you don’t like your job, do something else!! Don’t make patients who are there for medical reasons (obviously!) suffer because you don’t want to be there. SO unprofessional. Read some other low rating reviews and it seems to be a trend that hasn’t changed in years. It’s clear the hospital affiliate doesn’t care they’re likely losing business because of the awful staff."

"Middlesex made us wait over 12 weeks for tests. We finally gave up and went to Midstate Gastro. They took us within 3 days and sent my husband for necessary tests STAT. Midstate saved his life!"

"The receptionist is very unprofessional. They made me come in to sign a form for the release of my records. When I went to see the doctor, I told him the records were sent over to his office. The doctor couldn't find them in the system. I told the doctor that his receptionist told me they had received them, but they were never obtained. Some of the schedulers are rude and extremely arrogant. The appointments are months in-between. The doctors are cold-hearted and don't care. The medical system in this country after covidis is in utterly disarray. You can't claim to be the best when in reality you're not. That is my experience so far with this place. 10 days after my diagnosis, I still haven't been medicated correctly. Place is a joke."

An ER visit and multiple tests yielded no answers, and I'm so glad that I advocated for myself by asking for a GI referral. Scheduling was easy and the office staff is helpful and kind.
