"Took 2 hours to get blood drawn this morning even with an appointment. Poor tech was there alone. Quest needs to do a better job staffing this place."

"PICK ANOTHER LOCATION if you have to use Quest. My wife had an appointment for pre baby delivery blood draw at 9:40am. It’s now 10:30am she still hasn’t gotten her blood taken. What’s the point of appointments if you can’t come within 15 min of the scheduled time. Is this place ran by the CT DMV?"

"They do a good job wish they would stay one way instead of changing as they go along..some people don't have computers to make appointments for the tests..we like walk ins better"

When I returned an hour later for additional bloodwork she welcomed me in with a smile and ushered me out quickly so I could get to work. Very pleasant experience."

"Anyone who has taken a young child in for a blood draw knows how difficult and nerve wracking it can be. I was scared that the phlebotomists wouldn’t be understanding or patient with my 4yo, but to my relief, both ladies were extremely helpful, kind, understanding, and reassuring. They went above and beyond, even waiting until my daughter gave consent (to which I was truly impressed), and talked her through the entire procedure. I am so grateful for these two, who worked on a Saturday morning. They made our dreaded blood draw visit a happy one. Thank you!!"
