"Use to be great, gone down hill recently, poor follow up,, understanding elder or geriatric issues is non existent. Do not recommend for those with mobility issues or geriatric complications, the doctors NEVER call you back, they withhold renewing vital prescriptions without an office visit during Covid. High turnover of Drs and staff, no continuity anymore, Staff do not read charts or medical history so same questions are repeated. My mother-in-law is immobile but they forget and request an office visit not realizing she will need an ambulance to take her since she can’t sit in a wheel chair, costing $1600 for transport. Getting them to make referrals for private duty nursing is a nightmare, getting at home blood draw, samples, they give you the runaround, you often get stuck in automated voicemail hell, - waiting for callback, being routed to voice mailboxes that are full or just disconnect the call after waiting 10 minutes. They need to cleanup their act, pay to get more professional office help, train their staff how to care and have common empathetic sense and not act like automaton’s."
