"Nothing special about these doctors. If you have PCOS or ENDO do not go here. Besides birth control or other pills, they can offer nothing. Dr Barry said, “well what do you want me to do?” After exhausting medication options that weren’t working to manage my severe symptoms. No other recommendations like ovasitol (which I found on my own) or other supplements or procedures were offered or suggested. Literally this pill or that one. They will not offer any help that doesn’t come in the form of a pill. See real doctors if you have severe problems. I would give no stars if I could and regret ever going here."

I called recently this past week to cancel my appt. got the answering company ( the lady that I spoke to was so professional and nice. Some of the receptionists in this office should learn from that lady from the answering company to be professional and nice ( to bad she didn't say here name) all receptionists should be like her. She was great!"

Everyone involved with my care was efficient and professional. I felt minimal pain and discomfort after the procedure. The difference in how I feel post surgery is remarkable. "What a nice office! Clean, bright and pretty! Doesn't even feel like you're in a Dr office waiting room. I used to go to the Waterbury office but decided to give Southbury a try. Every Dr I have seen in this practice was wonderful to me but the Waterbury office itself always seemed to be a bit of a mob scene. The staff is nice overall but some of them can be somewhat rude, especially the staff in the back. There is always some kind of confusion or mishap with appointments. Southbury is a bit far for me from the Litchfield area but definitely worth the drive. I was late for my appointment because I drove by the building but they were so understanding when I got there. The receptionist was so sweet to me. And when the nurse called me in she was so pleasant and considerate. I didn't feel rushed or like I was in a clinic. Just a completely different atmosphere and ambiance. Unfortunately, not all the Docs practice out of Southbury. I usually see Andrea and was bummed when I found out she doesn't work out of Southbury. But I saw Dr Benzoni and she was just as wonderful. I felt like I was her only patient! Unfortunately, my next appointment had to be booked in Waterbury since certain visits cannot be done in Southbury from what I understood. But I highly recommend going to Southbury if you're able to make the drive! Oh the buliding is a little confusing when you walk in but the sign tells you where to go!"
