The clinician, Kate, had no bedside manner and made it clear that she was not even using the highest level of pressure. I left feeling dehumanized by the experience. Shame on this clinician for not being kinder and gentler to her patients. The only reason why I rated 2 stars was that the clinician who did my sonagram was excellent."
