"I am 67 years old so I’ve had many mammograms in the best and this was by far the most painful. The clinician, Kate, had no bedside manner and made it clear that she was not even using the highest level of pressure. I left feeling dehumanized by the experience. Shame on this clinician for not being kinder and gentler to her patients. The only reason why I rated 2 stars was that the clinician who did my sonagram was excellent."
