"Minute clinic says it all. No time spent on assessment which leads to poor outcomes and patient satisfaction. All they did was repeat the symptoms I said I had back to me as my diagnosis. Appeared the goal was to get patients in and out not actually treat the patient. Which not sure I’d that’s a provider problem or a productivity problem from the larger cooperation."

"Suzanne the COVID tester cancelled my boyfriends appointment after being 4 minutes late, within the 10 min grace period SHE specified. She scolded us and was extremely unprofessional"

"They tried charging $89 for a annual physical that is covered by insurance. I tried explaining I have had my physical done there before but she insisted. Not good customer service. She obviously doesn’t know what she is doing. Also had to sign my husband in multiple times. Not professional, not knowledgeable. A rock is better qualified to care for patients"

I suggest making your appointment using the online system, and expect a reasonable wait time upon arrival. I plan to use this Clinic, when appropriate, on an ongoing basis. IMO, it provides an excellent option in the traditional health care system!"

"Surprised to find a Minute Clinic Open after 5 on a Friday. There was a wait time of over an hour, which was to be expected since patients were seen in the order they signed up. My daughter's healthcare provider was very thorough in obtaining medical history & providing patient education, as well as writing a prescription for an infection. We even got help finding some over the counter products. Overall I was very satisfied with the care she received."
