"Everyone at this office is always so pleasant. I see Dr. Kimberly she is just super amazing, caring, quick, and precise, which is always a plus. I wouldnt ever see anyoke else. Stephanie, the medical assistant, honestly made my day with her caring and authentic heartfelt personality. This is and always has been top-notch health care. Highly recommend!!"

"I had a horrible experience here. First they requested a test, gave me the results, and then blamed me instead of taking responsibility when the results they gave me were incomplete. I showed up for an appointment unaware that I had a condition and told I was “wrong” that they had never relayed it to me. Also you have to talk to nursing staff to make an appointment, hence why I stopped trying. The nurse was rude and mean. She asked if I had “anxiety” when I called for an urgent appointment due to horrific pelvic pain (years later I know it is endometriosis). She never gave me the appointment. But the doctor reprimanded me for not coming in. When I told her it was her staff’s fault she told me “it was water under the bridge.” She also rushed me out of the appointments. I still have no idea why she ordered the expensive tests she ordered. (Because I expect explanations I can understand.) I’ve never been treated with so little respect."

"I'm only giving Baystate OB/Gyn 5☆ because of Kelly Tull, WHNP. She has been the best Practitioner that I've had. As a new patient, I will follow her where ever she moves to. She is kind, thorough & extremely knowledgeable. She listens, assesses and recommends based on not only my medical issues but also my medical concerns. I have never felt more comfortable talking to a medical physician. Kelly gives her role so much value and as a woman she understands us as patients. She cares!!"

"The midwives and group of physicians here are good. However, their billing department lack the skills and knowledge to do their job. There was an administrative update on my insurance that caused SOME OB related claims to bounce back. They submitted the claim at least ten times, expecting a different response. Rather than pick up the phone and call us or the insurance company to investigate, they dropped the charge to our CC on file for $1,000. It’s been three months since the charge, and no refund yet. The insurance company rectified the issue and they got paid two weeks ago. However, they (Baystate OB) still have not issued a refund. Absolutely ridiculous."

"The midwives here were great, however the secretary Jill is a very hostile and toxic woman. She very aggressively tried forcing me to pay a bill continuously after informing her that there was an issue on the insurance side that was being worked on. She even tried to dangle a 20% discount on the bill saying I had to accept the offer that day if I wanted the discount. Very unprofessional to demand a credit card from a patient who had insurance coverage and was working on getting the issue resolved. Even knowing the problem was being resolved with the insurance they threatened to send the bill to collections. Just truly awful treatment of a patient."
