"I’ve had such a kind and positive experience so far! Would recommend."
"This place is really good, i’m speaking on my experience here after being their patient for about 2 years i think give or take. the staff is kind and always pick up and if they don’t they ALWAYS return calls in a timely manner, they even call to see about giving me better appointment options when people cancel etc. and miss kozak who i see is so kind and overall really does care about you as an individual. i’ve never experienced anything but clinical coldness from most psychiatrists in the past but she’s not like that, she really cares about what’s going on with you. the staff is great, it’s very clean and organized, and now during covid they offer video appointments to ensure everyone is safe. this place is professional and the staff are kind and efficient. thank you all for what you do every month to help me! sincerely, -Lily s.-"
"The most impossible place to get a hold of with seemingly incompetent staff... I've left message after message about an appointment I would be missing due to being put in residential treatment (ctbh even did the paperwork for my insurance company for this treatment). When put in residential I had made it clear to them that I would call and schedule my next appointment when I got back as I wasn't sure when I would be able to see them next. They scheduled an appointment anyway and when I called to cancel or reschedule, they convenantly never got back to me so they could charge me for not showing... It's been about two months now and no one has ever called back (and I'm still calling). Also a bit of faulse advertising on the ARPNs part, (John Palma). I have a restrictive ED and found this place though Psychology Today because he said he had experience with clients with these conditions. He constantly would ask me if I wanted meds that would make me gain weight (something you should NEVER ask a client with an eating disorder btw since I quickly didn't trust anything he would give me), would get slightly frustrated and asked why I wasnt over it yet with six months of intensive out patient, and even used our session as his own lunch hour with a massive fear food of mine (not as a challenge for me but just because he wanted to eat which made me very uncomfortable, he should have eaten when he wasn't seeing a client, especially one with food issues). He would weigh me and tell me the number without realizing how detramental it was to me even though I told him I was weighed blindly by my doctor and dietitian, and that he didn't actually need this information... Highly do not recommend this place... Ctbh if you're reading this CALL ME BACK."
