"This therapist is new for my mother. My mom was taking 30mg of Cymbalta for severe depression a day. Dr. Zatman told her to up her dosage to 60mg a day. My mom informed her she only had enough of her pills left for the 30 when Zatman assured my mom she would call a script in for her. She never did. The office called my mom to cancel her appt because Zatman was sick. (Funny when my mom tried to cancel a week earlier, they were gonna charge her like $50) my mom told the receptionist that four days had passed without her meds and was not feeling well. They said they would call the pharmacy. Never did. My mom then called after one week of hysterical breakdowns, headaches, deep depression and sickness. They once again assured her they’d call in her script. NOTHING. My mom got her pcp to get her script filled and can now begin her road to getting better. Never again will my mother go to this office. The dangers of abruptly stopping antidepressants are real. This is unprofessional with no regard for patients. I do NOT recommend this office."
