And be sure to ask for Jenn if you're needing to order lenses or glasses. She is so helpful, professional and kind. I was hesitant to try MyEyeDr for fear that it would be a chain-like cattle call, but I really can't say enough about this location in Southbury."

"The most outstanding feature of this MyEye DR location is the General Manager of the store, Terri Russell. I purchased a pair of glasses from another MyEye Dr store a while back. The glasses were not inexpensive. They included progressive and photochromic lenses. When one of the arms broke I was crestfallen to learn, from the other location, they could not be repaired. But Ms. Russell changed the story. She made a personal effort to repair the glasses. She was successful. In this day and age, the level of support for the customer she demonstrated is exceptional. If you need eye care or glasses and can get to MyEye Dr on South Main St in Southbury, I say do so."
