"Deborah Valin APRN has been caring for my elderly mother for nearly three years now. Deb is smart, caring and responsive to any concerns. MyChart messages are always responded to quickly. Deb keeps on top of meds and lab results. I highly recommend her as an excellent choice for a primary care provider."
"Removed my last review because I thought I’d give them another chance, and they continue to prove to me that they won’t change. Front office staff is miserable. 0 personality, as full as it gets. They’re handling of prescription medication and where it goes sucks. Case in point: Jodi goes on vacation, I get a phone call saying they won’t refill my prescription without her there. Okay. Annoying, but okay. I’ll call when she comes back. Tuesday comes, they ask me where I want it sent. They mentioned the last location I went to (I only use one) and sent it somewhere else. That is extremely inconvenient, unprofessional, and the last time I’ll tolerate it. Clearly, having a good doctor doesn’t mean anything when the front desk won’t do their jobs and do it right. Customer service is absolutely non existent. Do yourself a favor: go elsewhere."
"Where to begin with the most disappointing medical visit of our lives. 1. Handicapped parking is on a down hill slope so there's a fall waiting to happen. 2. A medical office without wheelchair access, or at least none that we saw. ADA violation maybe. 3. Do not take Jodi Pinkus for your provider as she is the most uncaring provider I have ever met. She refused to treat an ongoing sinus infection, refused to fill vital life sustaining medications for my wife, did not inform my wife that her blood work revealed some issues with deficiencies except a vitamin deficiency, said she would call in a prescription but didn't. No empathy at all and her personality just isn't suited for a medical career. After meeting with a different provider that is not only genuinely interested, but appears to actually care we have no choice but to fire Ms. Pinkus as our provider. If a provider causes you stress or you have to promise that a Board of Inquiry will take place, then the provider isn't there for you you are merely there for them. Remember if you're paying the bill they work for YOU!"
