"This is the second time I've visited this store and was disappointed. Once for an advertised laptop, which they didn't have in stock and again for a digital camera which they couldn't find after calling to confirm they had it in the store. The staff seemed friendly and well intended but the shelves are baron and the computerization is clearly not synced properly. Totally wasted trip.... Busted and disgusted."

"I can't speak to all the staff but the lady that helped me with my online order was very helpful. I went in before my order was marked as ready and she didn't give me any attitude in any way about coming in ahead of schedule. She could not even find my order in the system which she said sometimes happens when the product is ordered through a 3rd party (I ordered through Samsung. Com and chose in store pickup). She went to the back room and found my order and verified my last name using my license and then I left, nice and easy."

"My parents needed to buy a new TV. The first time my mom went into Best Buy the salesperson said he would be right back, but disappeared. My parents went to a competitor but the stock was not great. We went back to Best Buy & we are super glad we did. Will helped us find exactly what we needed, including headphones for my hearing impaired dad. Delivery & installation went flawlessly & everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, helpful & easy to deal with. Best Buy may be a big box store, but we felt like we were treated like family."

"Needed a $20 watch charger. They saw they had one in stock. Had some difficulty finding it. Kept me informed on locating it. Within 10 minutes I was out of the store. They preformed Supierior customer service. I was impressed. I didn’t expect it from them."

Found what I needed on my own and then the cashier that ignored me earlier got mad at the one person that came to take my money at the checkout counter. Terrible experience."
