"Made the appointment with Assurant (Phone Insurance Company) at 12:36PM had my phone fixed by 2PM even after driving 31 miles to Huntington from Queens. Was greeted by Hersh a very respectful young man who treated me with care and took my time and drive into consideration to get my phone fixed. I cracked my Samsung S23 Ultra OLED when it flew out my bag alongside my iPhone on the Southern State on Saturday afternoon. He replaced the OLED with original Samsung parts and put it back together with precision and care. Thanks again for a great experience. (This is coming from a mobile device repair guy!)"
