"had possibly the worst experience here. needed to pick up my computer and i was told friday, they pushed it back to saturday without reaching out to me first. i then said i would pick it up sunday, as the door says they’re open on sunday’s. the employee failed to tell me they were actually closed. i then finally went to pick up the computer on monday where the employee there couldn’t find my computer. i was waiting for 15 minutes while he was looking for my thousand dollar computer that they LOST. they did end up finding it after some time but that doesn’t change the absolute horrible service. don’t go here spend your money somewhere else."

"Absolutely horrible DO NOT GO HERE. They know exactly what they are doing by offering 2 plans when fixing an iPhone. The cheaper plan is 200, and the more expensive one is 389. They don’t warn you that the cheaper plan will mess up your phone, immediately after I picked up my phone which took an hour to fix, the Face ID didn’t work. They said “oh that’s not included in the cheaper plan”. They decided to wait until I had already payed to say that. So they’re marketing strategy works because they get you to buy the more expensive plan. After another hour, we get the bill and it was close to 500$. Absolutely ridiculous, had I known this I would’ve just purchased a new phone. Do not go there please save your time. Not to mention the customer service was awful, they’re not willing to answer questions, and overall had an attitude. Will never be going back here."
