"I went in thinking I was having some weird heartburn or something, of course, and the PA had an EKG done. It was a heart attack. I was in denial, shock, whatever. She sat with me, kept the conversation light (while waiting for an ambulance) and made me less stressed! Perfect way to treat ME (btw 45 y.o so watch for symptoms) and the whole situation! I wish I wasn't so brain frazzled that I could post her name. Once I remember , I will!"

"!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! i came to this location back in October because i was sick and having symptoms of pneumonia the receptionists were nice and it was quick and easy to sign in. i was sitting down for maybe 10 minutes before i got called back. they listened to my lungs did vitals everything was all good up until the doctor came in and gave me a breathing treatment. i was then left in the room for 20 minutes before the doctor came back in to check on me. they did an xray doctor came back in told me i dont have pneumonia and gave me some steroids and sent me on my way. i was never told what i had. i thought maybe they would give me a call letting me know what i had but they didn’t. i then called them a month later because it dawned on me “what did i have” turned out i had bronchitis. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO TELL A PATIENT SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!"
