"A while back I went to this Southington Queen St location. I believe her name is Ashley. Young tech in her 20’s very unprofessional and demeaning. My 20 yr old son went in for labs and because he didn’t know the answers to some of her questions regarding his lab orders and needed to text me out in the waiting area she told him aren’t you 20yrs old and still need to call your mom. Needless to say I kept my cool for my son’s sake but I pray she is no longer there. I mentioned her name and incident at another Quest location and they weren’t surprised with what I told them and who the tech was. I have not and will not ever go to that location again."

"I had just gone to my doctor's for a physical yesterday and she wanted me to do blood work. I am off today, a Tuesday, so thought it would be a perfect time to do a fasting blood draw. I looked at the appointment calendar online, the morning was full. So I decided to try as a walk-in. I went right at opening and scanned my cards. It said that the next appointment was 2:30pm and did I want that? I went to other options and next thing I know it was starting over. I thought something was wrong and I started the process again. Just as I and a lady next to me also did, a staff member came out and called us by name. I was out13 minutes later. The young man who took my blood was very professional and fast! Great team work!"

"I warned the staff that I previously fainted while getting my blood drawn on Monday, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and to make me laugh. No fainting this time thanks to the phlebotomist that had me lay down and listen to music. Very good experience and would refer anyone here!"
