"I will say that I have had variable experiences depending on which Bestbuy that I go to. With that said, I have noticed that this particular Bestbuy has some of the best management and customer service that I have experienced. Kenny, the manager there has been, hands down the most attentive to my concerns of any manager I have had the opportunity to interact with. He has corrected every single issue I have experienced with damaged product delivery. Even complicated appliance installation troubles were promptly resolved. Because GOOD customer service is so hard to come by, especially by management handling a concern, I will always choose this location over any others. Highly recommend shopping here."

"AVOID this location at ALL costs. This place actively tries to lose your business. There's only ever ONE cashier even at Christmas shopping time. Lots of managers standing off to the side staring at the giant line of customers. Why does the company let this location rot?"
