"I have been coming here for close to 6 years with my family. Every previous experience (more than 10) has been great! This experience was awful. We got there at 1210 as the second walk in, as we had an appt for 540 but needed to be seen sooner as it was an urgent care matter that got worse through the night. As I had an appointment, they proceeded to push us to the backwards in the line for walk ins. This was confirmed via a text they sent me in the waiting room. The text stated “ After this patient they call they will call you. The provider decided to call you after him because you had a scheduled appointment” then, 3 more children proceeded to go ahead. When I asked the front desk, she said she doesn’t understand either and to speak to the provider as she couldn’t explain it and was also confused. We waited for 2.5 hours to even be in a room as we watched other confirmed walk ins go in and leave before we were called. Some explanation on this instead of a vague and untrue text message would have been appreciated, as I have no issue waiting in line or even letting severity cases going prior, as I would hope any parent would for another’s child in distress, but this was unacceptable. This was completely disheartening. We drive 50 minutes to come here because we believe in quality of care."

"We had such a positive experience at PM Pediatrics last night! Every person we encountered was so warm and friendly. Dr. Wu was great in every way; she was sweet to our son, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Her thinking “outside the box” was enormously helpful because we felt like we had exhausted our resources prior to our visit. We left with solutions which 24 hours later have already improved his symptoms (after 4 days of no relief). I’m so glad that this place is only a couple of miles up the road. Really great to have in our back pocket for situations like this where we can’t get in to see his primary doctor for a few days."

"I went with my daughter who had a fever around 8:30 pm. I had never been to that location but it was the one closest to my house. I checked the website and it said they accept walks in up to 20 minutes before closing time which is supposed to be midnight. When I arrived the receptionist the only thing she asked me was if I had an appointment. When I replied No, She told me that they weren't taking any more walks in for the rest of the night. Please, if you are going to have that type of practice of not accepting walks in from a certain time or because you have too many patients, make an arrangement in your walk in policy and on the website and do not waste people's time."
