"2 weeks so far and still waiting for a read on an ultrasound. How can it possibly take this long and how is that acceptable? Will need to take my business elsewhere. Last year it was one month before a routine mammogram had results. They promised me this time it would be better. I gave it a try, but won't be able to accept this delay and lack of communication again. When I first tried to find out results, after going through many prompts and waiting on the phone, my call was simply dropped. I called again the next day, finally got a person who said it's in the hands of the radiologist - no known timeline. Goodbye. Update 12/9/22 - after my posting, my request was escalated and I received my report the next day. Thank you for your assistance in getting me results."
