"The lady at the front desk was rude. We were 7 minutes late due to the cleanup at my mom's place, and she was very bothered. Meanwhile, there was no one in the waiting room. She proceeded to tell me that she was from Morris. I didn't ask her where she was from and if she got to work on time. It's none of my business. She then headed to the back to "see" if we could be seen. She returns and tells me we will have to wait until the doctor has time to see me. Ok... Then proceeded to make my handicap mom, who was sitting, get up and read a flyer for COVID symptoms. I understand that we were 7 mins late but the rudeness and not caring bothered me the most. If you don't know how to handle every situation, don't work with people. I'm glad this is not my doctor's office."

"office staff are a nightmare. Horrible stay clear. don't bother calling for an appointment. No appointments are made over the phone, basically telling to "f" off because we are busy until the next year. Reception staff have a superiority attitude. Like the doctor that I want to see but will not give my business to a company that treats customers in this manner."

"This is a review of the business, not the doctors. My doctor is spectacular. But the staff does not talk on the phone. I had a simple question. However, they don’t answer the phone. You can’t leave a voice message. The portal has limited options for asking questions. I left a message on the portal, and they issued a reply, but it didn’t address my question. Good luck if you have a question. Absurd. Providing healthcare today means answering the phone. Get over it and hire people to do it."

"I have been a patient of Dr Konik for more than 15 years. She spends time with you and wants to know how you are, in general. She is smart and understanding. The PAs that work with the docs are great, very caring. I would suggest seeing them if your physician is unavailable. The office staff handles all ages of patients with various needs. It amazes me how nice they are to everyone!"

"If I didn't like Dr. Albin so much, I would be out of this place in a second. The scheduling system is frustrating and embarrassing for being 2023 -- there is technology to allow people to schedule their own appointments online that doesn't require a team of people manning the phones. That nobody ever picks up the phone is ridiculous, so you have to leave a voicemail, then hope and wonder if and when anyone will ever call back. I've gone to an urgent care a few times now because I couldn't get through, only to find out they had appointments available that day when they called back hours later. But you can never count on a return call if it's pressing. You can use the online system to request prescription refills. It specifically asks what pharmacy you want, but they ignored it and sent it to a different pharmacy. When I went to the one I requested, even the pharmacy couldn't get someone on the phone, so I was lost until I left a new message, then got a call back the next day. Once in the office, the people are all great, it's just terrible management that allows this ludicrous scheduling system to continue."
