"I see all these negative reviews. Didn't anyone ever have a good experience they wished to share? Well I did yesterday. A&R answered my message not right away but timely like I do. They had the apartment gas stove, I saw on marketplace, on their showroom floor when I came in a few days later. It was in good shape and fairly clean. When I hooked it up today I was quite relieved that it worked perfectly!...and they had just what I wanted! Thanks! Scott"

"Please be Aware of this Place,Don’t buy anything from here, seems like you like to scam people.I purchased a fridge and a stove it came with a 90 day warranty,which one of the appliances broke 6 weeks later after the purchase I called them multiple times to fix it,their answers were the boss is away,90 days later no one came,so I had hire someone else to fix it.Even on the delivery day they wanted to leave the appliances on the porch they wanted to charge me more money for inside delivery,the installation i didn’t even ask because I couldn’t trust their acknowledgment."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Let’s first talk about how I purchased a refrigerator and placed a washer dryer (on hold) on August 27. And I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Fast forward until Friday, absolutely no delivery or even a phone call. I had to go to the store 5 times (all over 1.5 weeks) to inquire why my appliance wasn’t delivered. I was then told the washer and dryer don’t work. No one had even attempted to call me to let me know about this. And their business phone goes straight to voicemail. So when I go there on the following Friday because no one picks up the phone whatsoever. The man tells me come back tomorrow at three and will get you Your fridge delivered to your house. That day comes (Saturday), no one delivers it. I go back down to the store… And the woman tells me I’ll have it to you on Monday even though it’s a holiday. Monday comes, no delivery. Tuesday comes, I waited all day. No delivery. I go down there at 5 o’clock on a Tuesday and she tells me oh he left to Puerto Rico he can’t deliver it until the 18th. I finally get someone to pick it up for me. Only for me to get it home for not even 24 hours and the freezer doesn’t work. I then go back down there, For the woman to tell me that she will not repair it because it’s my fault. But then in the same conversation tells me that her technician fixed this issue prior to it being sold. So to me, the issue was already happening and she just tried to sell me a non working appliance. Run FAR tf away from this place. They run their business poorly and are a bunch of shady people."

"These guys are con artists, they will sell you an appliance, take a deposit and wait a week to deliver it, now you lost a week of the 90 day warranty they give you, fast forward 88 days until your "new" washer dies, then they wont pick up the phone until day number 95 so that way the warranty is over, then refuse to fix it or replace it, never go to these people if you value your time and money."

"I bought a stainless steel fridge from this place that appeared to be in good condition. It broke within 30 days and the business owner had a repairman fix it. When I saw the way it was fixed I went into the shop in questioned it because he brought out freon and put freon into the line. I told him that normally you don't have to add freon to fridges every so often. I was told that the line broke when it was moved then it had to be repaired. A month later now my fridge is going warm again. Not freezing anything in the freezer. I called the business to do them a chance to remedy it and they did not respond to me. I don't believe that they are professionals at what they do. Only professional con artists who take appliances out of people homes clean them out and resell them. I don't know that they even have proper repair man to clean these or repair them the way they should be. THEY'RE ALSO MULTIPLE REVIEWS ON THEIR FACEBOOK SITE SAYING AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T BOTHER. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE."
