The Home Depot

"I am so disappointed in Home Depot! I've been shopping here for over 10 years and I've reached my breaking point. In Sep 2023 I purchased appliances and paid for installation, and everything was all good until the day of delivery. Not only did the installation for the microwave and dishwasher did not happen but upon them attempting to "install" the refrigerator they damaged the hose that supplies the water to make the ice. I had to pay an outside company to come and not only install everything that they failed to install but as well pay extra for them to fix the broken hose. Since delivery I have been given the run arounds calling and showing up to Home Depot multiple times and fighting to just get my money back for the installation. I wonder if I would of had the same problem at Lowes? I cant believe how a paying customer who once believed in Home Depot has to literally go the extra mile just for someone to answer my cries! Please help!!!"

After writing a good amount of reviews for products I purchased at home depot I was invited to join the Home Depot Seeds Program. This program allows you to pick (5) products each month to review. You get to keep the products that you review. This is an invite only program and I made a video that explains the program and how it works."

"I went to The Home Depot in Waterbury and it is a very big place. Really big. And I didn't see things all over they look like they are trying to keep things in order. One thing as big as that is there was someone to ask a question. The place is well stocked. Their parking is great. The cashier Is very pleasant. Seems helpful too. I hope they will continue so that others will want come and help. Nice place."

"I received the most helpful and courteous service from the tool rental area by TODD, DARREN, AND ZACK. They were friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I was cashed out with instructions in a timely manner and Darren was kind enough to put what I needed in my car. The next day I brought back the equipment and Zack helped me. He took care of me promptly and friendly. I needed some other stuff along with an air conditioner. A young girl Carmen helped me get it in my car. This Home Depot has the best well trained workers"
