"Never buy furniture or furniture protection from big lots. The quality of the sectional couches is horrible, and when I tried to redeem my warranty, my claim was denied because Big Lots referred me to Allstate warranty when it was Warrantech. I spoke with Warrentech, who said I did not process my claim within five days, so I could not put in a claim—just an overall horrible experience. Please stay away from Big Lots, I asked to speak to a general manager and the store would not provide information."
