"I visited the Kohl's in Waterbury 4 days after Christmas. I had to complete several post holiday transactions including returning several items as well as a confusing exchange. I was fortunate to get Marris! She was extremely patient and helpful. Marris took the time to check prices I paid to ensure I was refunded the higher paying item and was able to keep my Kohl's cash earned. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and pleasant! Kohl's in Waterbury will be my new go to location! Thank you Marris and Happy New Year!"

"Two employees were particularly friendly and helpful. It was a taller white haired gentleman and a younger women. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I didn't. They approached us just as we were about to check out. We spoke with them about 12:30."

"Place is a ghost town. No cashiers in sight. Took me 10 mins to find someone. Then when I get to a cashier finally I presented a 20% off mobile app coupon and they wouldn’t honor it saying it doesn’t cover name brands like adidas. The mobile app coupon does not specify anything and just says 20% off your purchase which makes their coupon offers very misleading."
