"My Dishwasher (13 months old and now out of warranty) is not working. It leaks badly! I was told by salesperson Jimmy at Appliance Sales I had to talk to Whirlpool who then said there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty! An $800 appliance should last more than 13 months. Owner Karl basically said “what do you want me to do about it? ”I replied he should be an advocate for me with Whirlpool or pay for the repair. He said “that ain’t happening” and then added Happy Holidays to end the conversation! Very poor customer service and support!!! If I could give them less than one star if I could. They should be battling Whirlpool on my behalf. Probably headed to small claims! This is totally unacceptable!"
