"At foxwoods MK, Ian went above and beyond to find me a bag i was looking for online that unfortunately was out of stock! He called 3 stores for me until he found one that still had the handbag available! Him and the team there were so helpful and caring! They all told me about the deals they had on wallets and handbags and its like who doesn’t want a deal at Michael Kors!"
"Very impressed with the way they handle opening to the public and for the most part the staff was helpful. It took them a while to help which was in a way nice, they didn't bombard me, trying to make a sale, but they also took too long.... Just find that happy medium and try not to "screen" your costumer. I did feel like I was "screened" in a way. Its not a comfortable feeling."
