"The employees themselves and the manager are all great and always so helpful, pleasant, and professional. The store is always clean and easy to find what I’m looking for. The “upper management” that just recently came in for inspection or whatever it was however, are a disgrace to the company and risk losing business as well as gaining lawsuits. Piling things in the isles on the floors and throwing/leaving trash on the floor and partially/fully blocking isles with product and baskets. Disgusted by which the manner of how they treated their own employees, created an unsafe environment for workers and shoppers, and all the meanwhile during the day of regular business hours with shoppers in the store! You were also pulling your employees away from being able to help customers, used every single basket so there were none available to customers, and again: in the middle of the day during open hours. Besides this upper management issue just witnessed- this store deserves 5 stars, especially when held in comparison to other dollar generals."
"The woman managing the store was incredibly helpful to my friend. We found some excellent prices on health and beauty items, everything is so expensive nowadays. It was definitely worth the trip."

Anyone compromised for time for shopping big-box retail or New Hartford residents with transportation issues will be happy with Dollar Generals' shining new neighborhood store!"
