"I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with both the the delivery and installation of my garage door from Home Depot in CT. I ordered the door on 9/7/2022 and was told that it would be delivered and installed during the week of December 26-30, 2022. I waited that week for the door, but heard nothing. I went back to Home Depot to check the status and they told me that the door had a problem and they had to reorder a new one. The delivery was rescheduled to the beginning of March 2023. I was in shock, yet I had no choice because I financed the door and already made some payments. I was later informed that the door would be arriving a bit earlier, and they rescheduled the installation to 2/8/2023. I took that day off from work, believing they would arrive for the installation. Late morning, they called and rescheduled the installation to 2/13/2023. This was my first wasted day. On 2/13/2023, they rescheduled the installation to 2/15/2023. This caused me to unnecessarily miss a second day of work. When the man finally came for the installation, he did a lousy job for various reasons. This includes screwing the door in the wrong places. Photos are attached. I would just like people to think twice before ordering a garage door from Home Depot. Please know that if you do, you should expect delays. You will also need to continually call them and check on the status of your order. Cong Pham"
