"For around the last 6 months multiple dairy products have been completely rancid the biggest one being sour cream and when I brought it up to the store they repeatedly denied it. Fix your system or something because this is completely ridiculous."
"They had fried chicken on sale, I didn't see any, so I went over and ask if they could cook an order for me. They told it would twenty minutes, I said no problem and waited the twenty minutes. Now the issue, I ask how the chicken was coming along and the same person grab a pad and pen and ask what did you want, really? He then went over and asked another worker and he came over and told me they were out of chicken because it never came in. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning, a total waste of my time!"
"They don't have 1/2 the groceries that we like at other stores. I will say the employee's were very nice."
"Waited about 15 minutes for someone to help me with a slice of pizza when 2 employees were twiddling their thumbs in the back. I then kindly requested a certain larger slice, and the guy gives me the smallest one. I reiterated myself and the guy said “too late, already in the box”. Ridiculous customer service."
"I remember when they were building this Big Y. I was excited for it to be finished and I was not disappointed. As with all Big Y’s, it’s world class. The store is always very clean, staff are friendly, and all the food selection and quality is top notch. Big Y is always my first choice. This specific one also has an excellent organic section where you can find numerous allergy friendly foods."
