"My experience with Wren has been nothing short of amazing. Needing covid results to return to the States with my family from a holiday trip, Wren was extremely helpful by phone and email to aid in the task. Thank your Wren!!!"
"Very quick results with my Covid test! Love the saliva test much better than the nose!"
"The Solv. APP did not update the address to receive covid test, I was also unable to reach anyone through the number provided. The provided location on Solv. to Wren Laboratories LLC. 688 East Main St. Branford CT. Was unprofessional and disrespectful when met by receptionist who told me "you're probably not going to make your appointment, you have the wrong address this building is never provided for place to take covid test" I then insisted the company should put up a sign helping guide people in the correct direction to which she then proceeded with "we have no need to inform people on locations with signs cause you have that information on your phone when booking appointment" even after i stated the app had false information she just keep saying i was wrong and its on the app. I then asked for a possible location to which she responded "60 Sargent drive. New haven, but you might not make it to your appointment since your at the wrong location, you need to check your app" rude and disgusting sarcastic attitude from older receptionist woman white and around her 50s. The actual location for the testing completely disregarded the patients in informing how we get our results, they are supposed to inform you "Scan the QR code on the test" which I found out 48hrs later and was never told to do so. Now my test is gone and done for nothing."
"I needed to get A PCR covid test in order to return to work (I am a healthcare worker). I was relieved when I was able to finally find one through this company however it has now been well over 5 days and I still have not gotten my results back yet. I scheduled through solv app and later realized that it said the testing site will provide instructions in regards to how to receive results so maybe it's my bad for not hounding them at the test site for more details, but they had just seemed so busy and I imagined they would just call/email/something back regarding results but again haven't received anything. When you try to call you get an Automated message stating that the office is currently not open, Even if you call during business hours, no option to leave a voicemail. really just feel like I'm at a loss what's the point of giving tests if you aren't going to then provide results In a timely fashion Especially with CDC changing quarantine to 5 days they really seriously need to take a look at their current process- if that means offering less tests like everywhere else then so be it. In my opinion That would be better than this version of testing large quantities of people and not returning results as other comments have said"
"Excellent, friendly and responsive staff! I have been participating in Wren's Registry of NET patients for years now. I have visited the Lab site in CT where I consulted with Dr. Modlin who was very gracious with his time and generous with his knowledge. Wren makes it very easy to participate in quarterly blood draws by sending a complete kit to the patient who then has his/her own doctor do the draw. The patient then sends back the kit by Fedex (at no cost to the patient except for the minimal cost of dry ice). There is no cost to the patient for participating in Wren's Registry, and the potential benefit to NET patients to track their disease progression and to those who wonder if they might have NET in the future is immeasurable. I hope that the NETest soon receives FDA approval for general use in helping NET patients and their doctors track and evaluate their cases for determining treatment needs and options!"
