"I came in at 10:30 and all 5 employees were sitting on the counter while I waited for a changing room. Willow at the store was utterly rude saying we were looking at her and to read the signs. They should really all be fired"

"I was about to buy several hundred dollars worth of clothes but was told they no longer had a dressing room because they now used it for storage. I was welcome to purchase the clothes and try them on in the mall bathroom if I would like. They wouldn’t honor online pricing that was available for the same-day in-store pick at that store which is a frustrating business practice, and I ended up leaving without purchasing anything."

"Rudest employees by far in the entire mall. Used to have good customer service experience there about a year or so ago, however their current employees (except for about 1-3 exceptions) make me never want to step foot in there again. I have always given employees the benefit of the doubt, however the employees at Pacsun are just something else. If WestFarms Pacsun is closest to you, you are honestly better off shopping online than being met with a rude and nasty attitude in-store."

"Ordered December 1, 2019 and my order has yet to be processed, I guess I was supposed to be pacified by an email I received [on Dec 4] stating my order would be shipped within 24 hours....well 96 hours later and counting I have not received notice of a shipment. I will most likely never order from here again. Holidays or not, it should not take this long to ship one item that is not on back order."
