"Macys is great with sales and prices but the customer service is getting horrible. Visited today before closing and no one wanted to help with pricing. Items had no price tags. The rep just pointed at the price scanner which was on other side of the store so I to carry big coffee makers to check price. Once done with shopping I tried to look for a open cashier on third floor but couldn't find one. Came down to ground level to buy a couple of YSL perfume and rep helping was just miserable. He seemed very annoyed to put anything in the box. We checked out at 9:48pm so it's not like we went past 10pm. No wonder physical stores are going out of business. If I am spending over $400 least you could do is smile"

"I went here in search of a Nerf football on a tip that they may have a Nerf section in their toy department. They did have Nerf stuff, just not a football. The toy department is actually a Toys R Us on the third floor. I was assisted by friendly helpful staff members. Overall, the store is nice and consists of three floors."

"I was returning something I ordered online, it wasn't clear where I could return it. I had to ask someone. Then I had to find a register. I was on the first floor and items were a mess. When I think Macy's, I think a bit fashionable and well maintained, not the image I was getting."
