Amy, one of the sales staff there, was much more technical and medically knowledgeable than any other person I've met in a shoe store. She is an expert in feet / ankles, shoe inserts, and knew which Clarks shoes were better for arch support and which were better for cushioning, and helped me stylish dress shoes for work that were more supportive and helped me size them so I could wear special arch supports inside. She spent over an hour with me while I went through different sizes and styles. I bought 4 pairs of shoes that day because I needed to replace all of my shoes after many years of use. I wouldn't have found those shoes if it weren't for Amy being there!"
