The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark

"We spent the weekend with family. It was a great experience. The staff were all super friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed the activities that were all located on the resort. Special thank you to Sabrina and Dani Schwartz for going above and beyond to make sure all the arrangements were taken care of smoothly and our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend."

"Went for a day. Really nice park for its size. Changing rooms can be cleaner. During the winter, entering the park from the resort makes certain areas of the lazy pool COLD!! Not a nice feeling when you're in a bathing suite and in water. Something should be changed with that. Food (chicken strips and fries) were very tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. OVERALL the park is recommended."

"We had a great weekend here for my 40th birthday! Our 2 year old daughter loved it. We also had some friends and their kids come. Everyone was happy with the accommodations, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness/safety of the watermark. The adults enjoyed the escape room and ropes course. The kids enjoyed the water park, children’s placed activities, and arcade."

"Not satisfied with the experience for the price being charged. The room was clean and the staff available were very nice. But there was not enough staff around. No one was available to pick up at guest services or concierge when calling. we had to go downstairs to make any requests. No one came to the room from house keeping to offer towels we had to go downstairs and one of the front desk personnel had to bring the towels. The water park was cold, I had to ask several times for them to turn the heat up, this is not an issue at any other indoor water park I visited. The bar in the water park at one point had only 1 bar tender and it was very busy so the wait for a drink was 20-30 minutes, unacceptable. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, there were a group of kids running the entire building for 2 hours, called security and nothing. Never again."
