"Food was good but service was really rough. Took a long time to place the order and a super long time to get the food. The person taking my order argued with me about what I wanted and tried to keep upselling me on things I didn’t want. Also saw the guy eating fries off the shelf with his bare hands."

"Stopped for a quick bite on a day trip. Food was hot and fresh. Order was accurate. Location was clean. Everyone that we spoke to was friendly, smiling, and happy to serve. Would definitely return to this Popeyes if I'm back in the area."

"Went into try the new sweet and spicy wings. I was greeted by a woman who spoke to me in Spanish. Yes, Spanish. Not English --- Spanish. I said to her "speak English cuz that's what I understand". She spoke perfect English. She didn't apologize either. She went on to tell me "we don't have the sauce for the wings So we can't make that for you". Okay so you advertise this outside your restaurant, I come inside an American restaurant get greeted by someone speaking another language. I turned around and left. I've only been there once before and the food was not great. Certainly won't be returning to this one. Hire some people who actually love America and want to speak English if you want customers."

"There was a line inside with a person completely taking their sweet time ordering and a bunch of people waiting. I got frustrated and walked out. When I was leaving I noticed there wasn't a sole in the drive thru. I ordered and relatively quickly got my food and left. Easy breezy."
