"Employees are generally unhelpful and or passive-aggressive. The last time I was there, I received a lecture from a cashier about patience when I asked if someone could help me at the Amazon drop-off desk. The person working at the drop-off desk went on break as soon as I walked up to the counter and left me waiting for half an hour. Who decides it's break time with one person standing in front of them? I get it; it’s retail, and these things are to be expected. It’s just a constant frustration every single time I go there."

"Had the best experience here recently. The manager Louis was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed and when he saw me struggling with holding my items he took some to the front for me while I continued shopping. When I went to checkout I saw Louis training a team member and he was clearly a great coach. Thanks for the great shopping experience!"

"Wanted to have a scan of a property survey and went to Staples because we know they have a large format scanner. We are so impressed with the service from Staples they scanned it and for no charge and we couldn't believe it. Highly recommended for excellent service from Staples. They did it for free.. That's really nice of them because they really don't have to and we are willing to pay. Anyway, for office or any supplies, we always give our business to Staples. That includes chairs . We need to support the local vendors. There are employees that support their families so for few dollars, give them business."

"This is a pretty nice Staples. The staff here is mostly very kind. I gave it 4 stars because I did have 1 bad situation with one of the staff. They were very "short" with me. Then again, it could have been a bad day for them, who knows. Either way, the store is mostly stocked with good office supplies. They have a snack area in the front which is nice and always grabs my attention. Overall Rating: 9/10"
