"Terrible experience. Had been actively working w/ them for several weeks on countertops. In showroom many times, taking samples home, etc. Sales guys wasn't very friendly and often slow to repond - but I can live with that. However, while working out edging, backsplash, etc they increased price of base product by +$2.4K, w/o heads-up or offering to lock price w/ deposit (as both my cabinet makers & appliance dealers who also had approaching vendor price increases did). When I returned samples and had order ready to put in, I received dry email reponse of "slight increase in the edge grain constuction". A nearly 20% increase isn't "slight" IMO. Yes, my 30-day quote had timed out but I was in the showroom frequently, actively working with them, excited about what we had spent weeks creating. And noone said a word that the price was about to be jacked up. Not on materials mind you, but construction. Something they certainly would have had foresight of. I'm distugusted by how I was treated in the end."

"Had custom bar counter made for my kitchen island over a year ago and it looks just as good today as the day it arrived. Quality workmanship and would use them again for any custom wood bar counters. The only issue was delivery as was it was curbside (live in CA) and was very worried how I would get a 9 ft counter in my garage from truck as I was injured in a walking boot but driver was very nice and helped."
