"Great clothes with a not so expensive price"

"I went to go return my clothes that I bought on the Hollister app, and I even showed the workers my receipt and order number for each clothing; the workers didn’t even bother to look at any of my receipts and the lady in the front had an attitude towards me and shoved my clothes back in the bag and told me they couldn’t take it. The workers seem to always have an attitude with every customer and they don’t do their job in helping the customers. The environment in the store is so immature."

"I went into the Hollister Store West Farms for the very first time. I was unfamiliar with the store. I passed 5 employees no one even approached me to even say hello or if I needed help. That is the last time I will ever go into the store"

"After deciding to stroll to hollister for the first time after a noticeable style change at Abercrombie , we wanted to give them a shot. Absolutely no employee assistance! After browsing around with no employee interaction or welcome I am then cut in line by a person I presumed was another shopper. I approach them and tell them excuse me but I was in line ahead of you. The person then tells me "ohh no its OK I WORK HERE***" Deciding to rescind rather than make a commotion I wait to get to the register to tell the cashier how awful it is that you allow your staff to cut actual customers when you should be assisting. She lied to my face saying she had to clock in as if she did it at the register. The cashier prioritized another staff member receiving service under the notion she was running late!? The apparel looks low quality Abercrombie style knock off from Ombre shorts and polo tee logo. I will not be shopping there again, if you want great customer service and a good experience this specific store location is not it and based on other reviews seems to be an on going trend of horrible customer service all around! I have filed a complaint with the district manager as well and will update this review after receiving correspondence* in regards to how this matter was handled"

"A few things. 1) The woman at the cash register came across as rushed and rude. She insisted we pay full price instead of the 40% it was marked as. 2) Changing rooms were not done well at all. No men's changing rooms and the staff made it confusing whose turn it was. 3) Only positive thing was the girl who welcomed us in. That's about it."
