"I won’t ever purchase from Arts ever again. Purchased a brand new washer and dryer off of the recommendation of the sales associate. Got the units home and was very unhappy with the way they performed. There was nothing “wrong” as in they were not broken, but I wasn’t pleased. I called the store to see if we could return, willing to pay restocking and was planning to purchase new ones through them, they said absolutely not and that there was nothing they could do. I called another local/small business appliance store and they could not believe Arts would not take the units back. They even offered to take the washer and dryer and sell them for me as well! All that said, Arts lost a customer. It’s a shame given we have several more appliances to purchase as we remodel our new home."
