I had a missing piece to my purchase and a kind employee suggested a solution to my issue and when she had her manager come to back her up, she was not only rude to me, but rude to them as well. Very distasteful. Having a manager represent your store in this manner is disgusting, especially DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON."

"Thank you for locking up the POSCA markers! I hate asking associates to unlock products. I googled and found them for almost half the price at another store and they are not locked up! Nothing feels more uncomfortable than having to do a massive restock of something and having to have an associate pull Every Single Item.
