"I received the best customer service ever at Bedding Barn because of their wonderful associate, Joe Carroll. I initially visited the store in February 2023 and was immediately greeted by Joe - he was extremely helpful, warm and kind and I spent a decent amount of time testing the different mattresses he recommended. Joe wrote his name down and a couple of the mattress brands so I could do some more research and come back and order. However, that week when I went to order my bed frame, I saw that it wouldn't be delivered until end of April, which ended up postponing my mattress purchase. Fast forward to July when my bed frame is delivered (three months later than expected), I go back to Bedding Barn and see Joe. I ask him if he remembers me and he does! I had another great experience and I finally purchased my mattress. I loved getting to know more about mattresses and furniture from Joe who is an expert in this field. Joe even included complimentary bedding, pillows and a blanket. It was literally the most perfect shopping experience. I've had my mattress for about a month or so now and I absolutely love it.
