"I was recently in this store with my daughter. I wasn't greeted properly until one of the sales associates noticed that we were halfway in the store already browsing. She proceeded to project her voice about the sale. If she would have been doing a better job at customer service she would have noticed thar my daughter 's shoes were kate spade. We were looking for something to match them. My suggestion to this business is to be more aware and conscious of your customers. The ten foot rule does not apply in this store. Clearly lacking customer service."

"I was recently looking for a purse for my girlfriend for Christmas, me a typical guy having no idea what to look for in a purse walked in expecting some guidance and maybe even a purchase. I was not greeted when I walked in after a few minutes I said hello how are u doing I was rebuttaled with a hi and was brushed off.was very sad to see that the two employees working there having a conversation complaining about politics (which should I be done during business hours period)was more important then helping a customer.after a few minutes me and my brother left unfulfilled in an overall bad experience."

"My friend purchased a bag over the phone, they charged her 5x the amount she supposed to pay ... my friend still doesn’t have the many back because the store is blaming it on the bank. Than it turned out that the bag is no longer available and she will never revive it ... she doesn’t have the bag, she lost not $186 (how much the bag was worth) but almost $800 becouse this is how many times they processed the payment.... unbelievable ..."
