"It was my first time at the nesting place and it was such a nice experience. I took the prenatal yoga class in Merrick and it was helpful to work on stretching breath work and some strength. I signed up for another prenatal yoga class as well as some workshops and series classes to prep for baby!"
"First time taking the prenatal yoga class, and I loved every minute of it . Such a cute little place and space for this class. Instructor was amazing helped me feel welcomed and fit in! I would def recommended for pregnant women to try even if your not in any pain yet just helps with birthing skills and open up everything !"
